Our Trip to Camden Revolutionary War Park

Below, you will find several pictures from our trip to Camden Revolutionary War Park.  Students had an opportunity to write with a quill pen, try on some traditional Colonial attire and visit the Kershaw/Cornwallis House.

A Thing of the Past...

Last week, we wrapped up with our Astronomy unit of study.  Prior to finishing the unit, we participated in a great activity to demonstrate how the Earth's rotation, thus the Sun's placement in the sky, effects out shadow throughout the course of the day.  Check out your scientists busy at work below.
